The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of project documentation for a new residential building in Líšeň. The residential building is designed as a five-story fully basement structure. The underground floor contains collective garages and cellar compartments. The first above-ground floor contains rental spaces. The second, third, and fourth above-ground floors consist of residential units. A total of 30 residential units have been designed. The topmost fifth above-ground floor contains studios. The building has a flat roof with a parapet. The structural system of the building is primarily skeletal, connecting reinforced concrete monolithic walls that form the load-bearing part as perimeter walls. Another structurally significant element is the structural core with an elevator shaft. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The entire building is founded on a white tank. The bachelor's thesis includes project documentation for the construction implementation.

The building consists of three floors. Two of them are aboveground and one is underground. In the basement there is a garage suitable for two cars. The family house with workroom is covered with wooden saddle shape trusses. The building is designed from the structural system Heluz and contact insulation ETICS.
Multifunctional Building Brno - Mlýnská

Diploma thesis deals with a new built multifunctional building in Brno on Mlynska street. The intention is to change of use of lucrative corner site brownfield. The new building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The ground floor will have small restaurant and two separated shopping units. The second floor is divided into three office spaces. The third and fourth floors are designed as flats of different categories. The underground floor will be used for storage spaces, boiler room with separate pellet storage and parking shaft system. Construction system is designed as a wall construction system made of sand-lime bricks. Ceiling constructions and staircases are designed as a cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with the flat green roofs and terrace, which will be used for relaxation of residents.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is elaboration of the project documentation of an apartment building in Brno – Medlánky. The building is designed as free-standing in a sloping terrain and has 4 floors above and 1 underground. There are a total of 18 dwelling units. The structure in underground floor is designed as combination of reinforced conrete walls and columns, the structure of floors above is designed as masonry sytem of walls from brick blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure is in a form of warm flat green roof. Subject of this thesis is composing project documentation for a brick family house. Building consista of two upground levels and a cellar. New building will be built in village Tover. It will serve as a full time house for four-person family. Main entrance and inbound to the object is on the first floor level from local comunication. House is cube-shaped with adjacent garage for two cars. Vertical supports will be made of ceramic brickwork with contact isolating system ETICS. Ceilings will be made of MIAKO system and roof is seat-shaped with ceramic covering. Project will be composed in AutoCAD program.

This diploma thesis describes the design of showroom and car service of Mazda brand in Trencin. It is a detached building on a flat terrain. The car showroom and car service have two above-ground floors and one underground floor. On the first underground floor there is an underground garage designed for new cars for sale. On the first floor there is a car showroom with a customer base and a car service with facilities for car service staff. On the second floor there are offices with facilities for staff. The building is designed from a reinforced concrete structure and porous concrete blocks. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as flat with trusses and reinforced concrete slab. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Family house

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family. The house is situated in Lány near Prague. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a partly flat roof and partly classical roof. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and garage. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with Rockwool mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of detached apartment building in Mikulov. The apartment building is set into the sloping terrain of the town of Mikulov and consists of one basement and four above-ground floors. From the first to third above-ground floors two residential units with balconies are designed, on the top fourth floor is one spacious residential unit with access to the outdoor terrace. The floors are serviced by a staircase supplemented by an elevator in a separate elevator shaft. The building uses a structural system of ceramic parts for vertical and horizontal structures, part of the foundation structure is made of lost formwork. The roof of the building is warm flat roof. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.
